Returns and refunds

Physical coloring books

All physical book sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or order the wrong format.

If your book arrives damaged, has a printing or binding defect, or is the wrong item, please email hello@littleauburnart.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the problem.

We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Please contact us before sending anything back.

If you discover a defect after 7 days, please still contact us.

Digital downloads

Digital downloads are final sale once you receive access to the file. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for changing your mind or ordering the wrong format.

If your download is missing, won’t open, or contains the wrong file, email hello@littleauburnart.com with your order number. We’ll help you access the correct, working file. If we cannot resolve the problem, we’ll provide a refund.
